Wis Corps

For the Wisconsin Corps commercial space, I developed a comprehensive design package that included a concept statement, floor plan, furniture plan, and elevation photo. The project parameters emphasized creating a collaborative, welcoming environment that reflects the organization's mission while balancing functionality and aesthetic appeal. My design process prioritized sustainability through the use of energy-efficient lighting, low-VOC materials, and modular furniture with recycled content. A strong connection to the exterior was achieved with large windows, natural materials, and biophilic elements to enhance occupant well-being. The design was also influenced by the simplicity and purpose-driven nature of the Bauhaus movement, incorporating clean lines and functional layouts. The final design solution is both modern and timeless, supporting productivity and community within the space.
